    Protective lens can prevent dust, smoke, oil etc dirty enter laser head, than damage the focus lens and commimaring lens

    It depend on your laser machine power and running time. That's better check the laser protective lens every day before turn on machine. If the lens is found to have oily residue, dust, or tiny burn marks, it should be cleaned immediately. If there is damage or burn marks that cannot be cleaned off, the lens must be replaced.

  • Q5: How can I identify a damaged protective lens?

    If cutting quality drops significantly or the system warns of lens temperature high, the protective lens should be inspected for burn marks; the presence of such marks confirms that the lens is damaged.

  • Q6: How to know which lens size suit my laser?

    1. Tell ours salesman which model laser head you are using than they will tell you lens size.
